Large non-venomous snake. Can climb mountains at altitudes of 1500-2000 m. It measures from 1.5 to 4 m in length and weighs 52 kg. Capable of changing color. The female lays 8-107 eggs. The incubation lasts for 2 months and, throughout the entire time of the incubation, a female Python will remain with her eggs and not eat. Maximum life expectancy is up to 25 years in captivity.
